Healthy Snack Ideas: 2 minute honey avocado "butter"

My family loves guacamole but it can be a little time consuming to make or just too spicy for some kids.  Here's an idea for a sweeter avocado dip/spread that's incredibly simple, versatile and as my 18month old says "mmm mmm"!

Here's what you'll need:
1 ripe avocado
sea salt

Cut the avocado in thin strips top to bottom and across (this just makes it easier to mash into a spread).

Spoon into a bowl and mash with a fork

Add honey (roughly 1 tsp/half avocado, or to taste) and salt to taste.

Use it on toast at breakfast as a great way to get veggies in first thing, as a dip with veggies or sweet potato chips, as a dip or spread with chicken, on warm tortillas, or atop soup.
