1 cup almond or other unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 cup chopped (or torn) kale
1 cup chopped (or torn) spinach
1.5 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 peeled kiwi
4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp freshly ground flax seeds
2 apples or 4 oz apple apricot sauce (or just apple sauce)
Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Makes approximately 24 oz (enough for 2 servings)
